Our Duties
The purpose of life on Earth is to carry out one's human duty and divine duty, and abide by the principle of eat to live and live to work.
Human Duty means humans must not:
- Pollute the air, rivers, lakes, oceans and water sources; extract underground water and mineral resources excessively; deforest and kill animals indiscriminately;
- Humans must realise the importance of protecting the environment in order to maintain a balance development in the three living kingdoms, plant, animal and human;
- Mankind must have a common responsibility and make a concerted effort to save planet Earth and its natural ecology in order to restore it to its healthy state again. This will enable plants, animals and humans to live on generation after generation.
Divine Duty in the human path means humans must:
- Help the poor and the under-privileged;
- Contribute charitable and virtuous deeds towards society;
- Be spontaneous to illuminate others throughout the journey of life.
